Asterion’s pricing includes: an initial setup fee, a monthly per-user fee, and your LLM provider’s usage costs. Setup pricing depends on your deployment model, security requirements, integrations, and overall complexity, all costs clearly defined upfront, no hidden fees.

How Asterion pricing works

Simple model. No surprises.

1. Initial setup cost

We work with you to understand your infrastructure, security requirements, and integration needs. Setup includes configuration, data connector integration, team training and support. The cost depends on which deployment model you choose and the complexity of your setup.

2. Per-User Monthly Fee

Once deployed, Asterion uses a simple and predictable pricing model: a fixed monthly fee for each active user. Add users at any time as your team grows, and remove them whenever your needs change. No long-term contracts, hidden fees, or complicated licensing structures.

3. LLM Costs

You maintain a direct account with your chosen LLM provider(s), such as OpenAI or Anthropic. We help set it up and make usage visible, but you pay the provider directly. Asterion does not add a markup. Your LLM costs remain separate, transparent, and controlled by you.

Asterion runs on our shared cloud infrastructure. Perfect for teams that prioritize simplicity and cost over maximum isolation.
